These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the Wild Wild Hunt platform ("Service"), operated by IP Bunin Ivan Vladimirovich.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is a gamified job board platform that connects employers ("Bounty Posters") with potential candidates ("Hunters").

IMPORTANT: The Service is currently in beta testing. Functionality may change, and the service may be unstable. By using the Service, you understand and accept these limitations.

2. Service Description

Wild Wild Hunt provides a platform where users can:

• Post job bounties with reward amounts
• Browse and claim available bounties
• Connect with potential employers or candidates

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not post misleading or fraudulent bounties
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Bounty System

Bounties represent job opportunities with associated rewards. The reward amount is a promise by the Bounty Poster to pay the successful Hunter.

Wild Wild Hunt acts solely as a platform connecting parties and does not participate in or guarantee any payment transactions between users.

All payments are made directly between Bounty Posters and Hunters outside the platform.

5. Payments and Fees

Currently, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice to users.

Any future payment processing will be handled through licensed payment providers in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users.

We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users or from the use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Wild Wild Hunt platform belong to IP Bunin Ivan Vladimirovich. Users retain rights to content they create on the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of the Russian Federation.
