The Role We're looking for a Node.js Engineer (any framework) with solid experience in AI-driven development workflows to help build the next generation of our core platform. This is a hands-on, mid-to-senior role for someone who enjoys shipping production code, thinking in systems, and solving concrete business problems — not managing people or drawing ivory-tower architectures.

You'll work closely with the CEO, product designers, and go-to-market leaders, collaborating in person when possible and partnering with an offshore engineering team to deliver features end-to-end — from understanding real user needs to architecting solutions and shipping fast. The application you'll be working on is brand new, and we're rebuilding key systems using a modern stack with an AI-assisted development approach.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Next.js or Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
• AI Tooling: Cursor AI, Claude Code, Devin
• Infrastructure: Vercel, Git Flow branching model
• Workflow: Agile / Scrum / XP

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new backend and frontend features and services
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E with QA team)
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and product teams
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Stay up to date with backend / frontend best practices, tools, and trends
• Be attentive to UX/UI details and provide feedback to the product managers and designers
• Ability and willingness to review AI generated code, correct it and improve
